Effective today, OMC products will be provided with updated labels. This adjustment is due to the fact that the OMC will now supply medicinal cannabis products in accordance with the new Ph. Eur. 07/2024:3028 monograph. Following this implementation, the OMC product labels have been updated.
The existing stock of medicinal cannabis, which has been released in accordance with the OMC Monograph, will be used to fulfill current orders. If this stock is depleted, it will be replenished with the new stock which is released in accordance with the new Ph. Eur. Monograph and has updated labels.
Note: Preference orders are not possible. Supply is determined by a First Expired-First Out system.
It is important to note that no changes have been made to the cultivation and production processes. Therefore, the OMC will continue to supply medicinal cannabis products with unchanged product characteristics.
Note: The exception to the above is the OMC product Bedrobinol®, which will continue to be supplied in accordance with the OMC Monograph.

The main change concerns the actual measured cannabinoid percentage on the label, instead of an approximate percentage.
